Ingredient: Flour, potatoes, green peas & spices.
Directions:
Allow to defrost at room temperature for one hour ( ideal) or defrost in microwave.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 205℃ (400℉). Spread defrosted samosas on pan. Brush or spray samosas very lightly with vegetable oil. Bake on second rack for 10-15 minutes on each side until golden brown.
DEEP FRYING: Preheat fryer/oil Fry defrosted samosas for 7-10 minutes or until lightly golden and crisp. Remove and drain samosas on paper towel.
AIR FRYER - Brush or spray samosas very lightly with vegetable oil. Cook in air fryer until golden brown.
